We are at T H R E E locations: (1.) at the heart of the municipality of Vracar, right across Kalenic green market. Second (2.) is in the municipality of Zvezdara, just two streets above Vuk monument or the same number of streets down the road from Djeram green market, while the third (3.) is right by the last stop of trolley No. 22, right across the church at Lekino brdo, Vozdovac municipality.
In cooperation with our professional trainers, you are able to decide on different fitness programs, exercises or cardio training.
Our customers are able to choose whether they want to practice independently or they want a coach to monitor their work. That would mean correct it during training on equipment, while doing fitness exercises or cardio workout. You can also decide if you wish your training to be completely individually conducted.
Constant supervision during the whole of your training and exercise is the safest way to keep your piece at mind. This is especially true for beginners in order to prevent injury, and is ideal for all gym members who do not want to think what the next exercise is, how many repetitions are they supposed to do and so on. After a few practice tests and exercises in our gym, and depending on your physical fitness, age, body weight and your desires (in terms of what you personally would like to accomplish), the coach prepares an individual program of exercises.
